Spheric Consumer is a joint venture between Matt Craze, founder of Spheric Research, a business intelligence firm specialized in aquaculture and controlled environment agriculture, and George Crocker, a market research and strategy expert who has served as CEO in Asian and North American food companies.
Our inaugural product, the US Seafood Consumer Sentiment Report, uses a cross-disciplinary approach to understand consumer sentiment and quantify consumer segments. For the first time, we combine marketing-derived customer discovery techniques with our team’s seafood commodity expertise to identify the beliefs, attitudes, and value drivers of the American seafood buyer.
