George is an independent strategy consultant and Partner at Spheric Consumer, based in Boston, Massachusetts. He specializes in creating sales and marketing growth strategies for food companies. º Served as Vice President at global consultancy Monitor Group (Now Monitor Deloitte), where he worked for nine years. George lived in China and served clients across Asian markets, specializing in sales and marketing growth strategies in the food industry  º Is a market research expert in consumer and B2B research, especially in the food industry and supply chain  º Served as CEO for $400 million diversified packaged food company in Australia over 8 years, and has run a smaller packaged food company in the US for ten years  º Founded boutique consulting firm Brickyard Associates, LLC with a specialization in Targeted Expert Research in the food industry  º Holds a BA in Economics from Amherst College and MBA from University of California, Berkeley.  Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and French. 

Matt Craze

Matt is the founder and Lead Researcher of Spheric Research, and he is based jointly in the UK and Chile. His mission to create global data sets on alternative proteins and seafood has made him a thought leader in both emerging segments.  º Author of at least a dozen seafood industry research reports published in conjunction with Undercurrent News  º Created proprietary data on seafood and alternative proteins for Spheric Research, founded in 2017  º Developed data and news on commodities industries in EMEA and the Americas for Bloomberg LLC over 11 years  º Experienced consultant, having conducted numerous expert interview processes in the areas of due diligence, market expansion, and mergers & acquisitions   º Holds a joint MBA from Cornell University and Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario
